"Scout" is a designation for members of the Scout Movement, which include; Scouts Standby, Penggalang Scouts, Scouts and Boy Scouts Pandega Enforcement. Other members of the group Scoutmaster, Mainstay Scouts, Boy Scouts Corps Coaches, Scouts Saka Village Administrator, Staff Kwartir and Supervising Scout Council.
While the definition of "Scouting" is the process of education outside the school environment and outside the family environment in the form of exciting activities, fun, healthy, organized, directed, performed practically in the open with the Basic Principles and Methods of Scouting Scouting, the goal ultimately the formation of character , morals and noble character.
